Photos and Photo Library Access

Eaten accesses relevant photos in Apple Photos only after you grant permission. This access is used to create your meal timeline, display photo content, and show map locations based on photo metadata. Your original photos remain in Apple Photos and are not separately copied or uploaded by Eaten.

Photo Metadata

Photo date, time, and location information are used solely to provide in-app features. This information is not used for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

In-App Purchases

If you purchase Pro features, transactions are processed by Apple App Store and related purchase services. Eaten does not receive or store your payment card or financial account information.

Data Sharing

Eaten does not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties except where necessary to provide essential app functionality.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information related to app functionality. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Choices

You may change or revoke Photo Library access at any time in system settings. Some features may no longer function properly if access is revoked.
